Leasing of 53% of Tower B of EZ Towers and 39% of EZ Mark

São Paulo, August 11th, 2016 - EZTEC S.A. (Bovespa: EZTC3; Bloomberg EZTC3:BZ) announces to its shareholders that it has signed leasing agreements for non-residential units of EZ Towers - Tower B and EZ Mark.

For the Tower B of Corporate Project EZ Towers, it was signed, with Amil Assistência Médica Internacional S.A., leasing contract of corporate offices between the 6th and the 19th floor, totaling 24.724.27 m² of BOMA area or 53% of the inventory available, as well as 608 parking spaces. The contract has a period of 180 months with monthly payments adjusted yearly by the Market General Price Index, calculated and published by the Fundação Getúlio Vargas ("IGP-M / FGV").

For commercial offices project EZ Mark, it was signed, with Itaú Unibanco S.A., leasing contract of areas between the 5th, 6th and 7th floor of the Xangai Tower, totaling 4,490 m² of private area, corresponding to 39% of the inventory available in June 2016, and 102 parking spaces. The contract has a period of 120 months with monthly payments adjusted yearly by the Market General Price Index, calculated and published by the Fundação Getúlio Vargas ("IGP-M / FGV").

The operations have average cap rate, considering only the EZTEC investments, of approximately 15%.

It is important to emphasize that leases were made to value those assets, which remain in the inventory of the Company, despite the ongoing efforts to commercialization.
